2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use Soro.Video only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content; interfere with the service; bypass safeguards; or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and, subject to applicable third-party terms, content generated for you. You grant MetaFlux Systems LLC the limited rights needed to process, store, and transmit your content to operate and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights required for anything you submit.
5. Third-party services
Soro.Video relies on third-party providers for functions such as AI processing, hosting, authentication, and payments. Your use may also be subject to applicable third-party terms. Soro.Video is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
6. Fees and credits
Paid features, subscriptions, or usage credits are governed by the prices and terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.
7. Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. AI-generated results may vary and can contain errors. You should review outputs before relying on or publishing them.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. MetaFlux Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required to protect the service and its users.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
